This is a new web site for all Grandparents. The website will have more content as we develop.

Grandparents, Rights, Advocacy, Needs, Support (Grans) was formerly a support group for Grandparents who were raising their grandchildren but it seemed that there were more Grandparents who were not raising their grandchildren who were contacting us with concerns about their wellbeing.

GRANS Charitable Trust (inc) intends to access, research and liaise with any/every organisation that may be of benefit to all Grandparents, especially (but not exclusively) those Grandparents who are genuinely concerned for the well-being of their grandchildren.

It is not GRANS intention to lobby or harass either society at large or the Government regarding Grandparent concerns, but to advise those in need of the many services and facilities that are available to them within their own communities.
